Payments may be made in the Business Office or by phone during regular office hours. Payments can also be made online anytime. Be aware, specific student account information can only be discussed with the student due to the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Access to billing statements:
- Account statement information will be available to students in My Vol State to view or print out for their records.
Authorized ePay Users:
- Students may give others (parents, guardians, etc.) the ability to access their account and make payments by setting up authorized users.
Expenses and Fees for DE Students May Include:
- Tuition – Portion of tuition that is not covered by the Dual Enrollment Grant will need to be paid for by the student.
- Course-specific fees
- Books – Some books are billed directly to the student; others are purchased through the bookstore.
Important Dates for DE Students:
- The due date for payment will be approximately one week before the start of the semester. Be sure to check the Academic Calendar for the exact date each semester. (Please note that students are at risk of being dropped from courses for non-payment if they have not paid their bill by this date.)
- Fee Waivers and Discounts – applications must be submitted no later than 10 days after the term begins.
