- If you are having trouble accessing the My Vol State Portal or eLearn, please contact the IT Help Desk at (615) 230-3302.
- If you have changes to the My Vol State Portal, please submit a request via the Portal Change Request form found via: My Vol State > Employee Forms > Information Technology: Portal Change Request Form.
- If you have changes to class information, you’ll need to reach out to your dean/department head to address the issue as this information is pulled from the official college catalog.
