The Center of Emphasis Health Sciences Continuing Education offers a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Certification Program (CCMA). This ten-month program prepares students for employment in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, as well as physician practices/offices.
Courses
*Each course is twelve (12) weeks in duration, consisting of sixty (60) classroom/lab and eighty (80) clinical hours.
Cost (Effective January 1, 2025)
- Patient Care Technician $900
- Phlebotomy Technician $995
- EKG Technician $850
Total Cost Per Student $2,745
*Fees include study guides, supplies, and practice exams.

Requirements
Background checks, drug screening, and math assessment are required prior to acceptance. Pre-clinical requirements include medical and liability insurance and documentation of vaccines.
