The purpose of the Employee Relations Committee (ERC) is to enhance the general welfare of all college employees through meaningful social interactions, beneficial communications, and annual appreciation gifts.
Committee Activities
- Plan and support the social functions of the College.
- Inform employees about discounts, promotions, and specials.
- This committee makes recommendations regarding the Employee Relations budget.
