It's not too late for fall students to register for spring classes. They start January 19. New and readmit students will need to fill out an application first at www.volstate.edu/apply

Fall students can use My Vol State to register.

The holidays can get busy and so people considering taking college classes this spring are encouraged to apply now. Spring classes at Volunteer State Community College start on January 21. There are hundreds of courses to choose from in six major divisions: Business and Technology; Health Sciences; Math and Science; Humanities, Nursing; and Social Science and Education. Classes are held in the day and evening in traditional classroom formats. The college also offers hundreds of online classes each semester.

Spring semester at Volunteer State Community College is another opportunity for adult students to attend classes tuition-free with TN Reconnect. TN Reconnect is a statewide program that began this fall. Hundreds of TN Reconnect students are taking classes at Vol State this semester. The primary requirement is that people can’t already have a college degree. They can have college credits and those credits could apply to a Vol State degree.
