The Parris Powers Science and Math Expo at Volunteer State Community College is a hands-on learning experience for kids K-8 and their parents and grandparents. The Expo is coming up on April 4. Jones, I am not a Crook.” It’s a night of fun for kids and parents presented by the Vol State Theater Department. Junie B. is the creation of New York Times bestselling author Barbara Park. The chapter book series is known for humor and insight.

Topics will include: water properties (cohesion, adhesion, and surface tension), dry ice demonstrations, and education on biodegradable and recyclable materials.
