Effective Fall Semester 2004, each institution in the State University and Community College System of Tennessee (Tennessee Board of Regents System) subscribed to common general education requirements at the lower division. Volunteer State Community College is in compliance with the Tennessee Board of Regents policy outlining undergraduate degree requirements.
