Service Requests

The Office of Marketing, Communications, and Media Services manages all aspects of marketing, public relations, promotions, special events, brand assets, video projects of all varieties, the TV studio, and the external reputation of the college. You will find tools and resources on this site to help create Marketing, Videos, Website, and Social Media Requests, as well as DIY Resources with Vol State branding. For your marketing requests, we ask that you contact the marketing department directly at marketing@volstate.edu.

PLEASE NOTE: Our department asks for at least a 30-day lead time before project requests are expected to be completed. Additional time may need to be added depending on current project loads and the scope of larger projects. Once your request is received, a person from our department will outline the scope of the project and the expected deliverables timeline with you.

Public Records Request

Public records requests policies are governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents public records policies. Public records requests must first be approved by the public records coordinator. If the ticket indicates public records request, it will be forwarded to the public records coordinator for approval before any data can be released. All public request tickets must include the Vol State Public Records Request Form. If determined later to be a public records request, the requestor will be contacted for the appropriate form and the request will be forwarded to the public records coordinator.
