Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for payment of fees associated with courses and programs offered by the Workforce Development Division at Volunteer State Community College (VSCC), including but not limited to continuing education courses and certification programs.
Scope
This policy applies to all students enrolling in courses or programs within the Workforce Development Division.
Policy
- Full Payment Requirement:
- All students participating in any Workforce Development Division course or program must pay the full course fee prior to the first day of the course or program.
- All students receiving third-party payment must follow the third-party process, and the payment must be received prior to the first day of the course.
Responsibilities
- Students are responsible for ensuring that all required payments are made prior to the first day of the course or program.
- The Workforce Development Division will ensure that all payment deadlines are communicated clearly to students.
- Students must notify the Workforce Development Division of any third-party payment arrangements at the time of enrollment.
