You may pay application and program fees at the Vol State Cashier’s Office at any campus location or by credit card by calling (615) 230-3585 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please do NOT pay through your student portal, as this will delay processing.
Important Payment Deadlines
Payment reporting to the TBR Global Studies office is not an automated process. Therefore, the following deadlines need to be met to ensure timely reporting and to be considered for a scholarship.
For programs taking place in March or April:
- The $100 application fee must be paid at the Vol State Cashier’s Office prior to 12:00 p.m. on Nov. 2nd
- The program fee must be paid at the Vol State Cashier’s Office prior to 12:00 p.m. on Nov. 23rd
For programs taking place in May, June, or July:
- The $100 application fee must be paid at the Vol State Cashier’s Office by 12:00 p.m. on Jan. 29th
- The program fee must be paid at the Vol State Cashier’s Office by 12:00 p.m. on Feb. 26th
