You don’t have to be a college student to learn new things at Volunteer State Community College this fall. Continuing Education non-credit classes cover a wide range of fun and informative topics including digital photography, residential landscaping, flower arranging, Spanish and small engine repair. Dance classes can teach people how to dance the night away and this fall there will be offerings in ballroom, Latin, and swing and hustle. For an out of this world experience consider a Ghost Hunting course. Most Continuing Education classes are held in the evening and on weekends.
To jump start your career consider Certified Professional Secretary courses, Health and Safety Training, Fiber Optics, Environmental Safety and Health, Hazardous Materials, Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety, TOSHA Training and continuing education for healthcare professionals. The College also has Six Sigma training in a full range of levels and for a cost much lower than what is offered by most private companies.
