Summer Classes at Vol State Highland Crest

Vol State Highland CrestSummer classes can help students get ahead in their college career. Classes start soon at Volunteer State Community College at Highland Crest in Springfield and registration is open now. There are 12 summer classes being offered in many subject areas and they come in a couple of different time frames. Some classes run for the entire summer from May 31 to August 9. There are day and evening classes available. Other classes run for the first five weeks, from May 31 to July 3. The five-week courses are intensive and are best for students who can devote the required time and energy. Summer classes are also offered online. It’s all designed to increase flexibility for the summer student, allowing them to fit college in with work, family and fun. Many students from other colleges, and those about to enter college, take Vol State classes while home for the summer. That can be done online at www.volstate.edu or in person at the Highland Crest campus.
