Ukraine Native Speaks at Vol State

The attention of the world is focused on the unrest in Ukraine. On Friday, March 28 a native Ukrainian, who is a professor at Cumberland University, will give his perspective on the crisis during a presentation at Volunteer State Community College. Max Melnikov, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Economics and Finance in the Labray School of Science, Technology, and Business at Cumberland. He witnessed the breakup of the former Soviet Union, and will share his insights on current events. This Vol State International Education presentation is free and open to the public. It will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Mattox Building Room 102 on the Vol State campus at 1480 Nashville Pike in Gallatin.
