The Volunteer State Community College Strategic Plan for 2010-2015 includes the Volunteer State Mission Statement, Strategic Goals for 2010-2015, and objectives for accomplishing these goals. The Executive Council serves as the chief recommending body for strategic and short-term planning of the institution.
