- If the complaint is not resolved with the Program Director, then the written complaint should be sent to the Dean of Allied Health within 2 business days of the response. The Dean of Allied Health will respond to the complaint in writing within five business days.
- If further resolution is required, then the written complaint must be submitted to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Vice President will work with all parties to bring resolution to the complaint.
