Receiving Your Diploma

Only diploma covers will be given to graduates during the commencement ceremony. All graduates will need to pick up their diploma in the Office of Records and Registration (Ramer 183) during the designated dates provided below. Graduates must have a photo ID to pick up a diploma. Diplomas will only be released to the graduate.

Fall 2012 Graduates

Diplomas will be available beginning February 15, 2013 and should be picked up no later than March 29, 2013.

Spring 2013 Graduates

Diplomas will be available beginning June 14, 2013 and should be picked up no later than July 31, 2013.

Summer 2013 Graduates

Diplomas will be available beginning September 16, 2013 and should be picked up no later than October 31, 2013.

Graduates who cannot pick up their diploma may have their diploma forwarded to them by providing a pre-addressed prepaid envelope to the Office of Records and Registration. Graduates who participated in the ceremony should provide a 10" x 13" envelope with enough postage to mail 4 ounces plus the weight of the envelope. Graduates who did not participate in the ceremony should provide a 10" x 13" envelope with enough postage to mail 16 ounces plus the weight of the envelope. Students that do not provide a pre-addressed prepaid envelope will need to pick up their diploma by the designated dates above.
