With the growth of our offices across the state, Mental Health Cooperative is actively recruiting Case Managers to work with Children and Adults for our Gallatin, Chattanooga, MetroCenter, Murfreesboro, Antioch, Clarksville and Dickson locations! These individuals provide support and assistance, build relationships and rapport and advocate for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness throughout the community.

Job RequirementsWe are seeking candidates with a:
•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology;
•Valid Tennessee driver’s license with F endorsement
•Acceptable MVR report
•Individual car insurance allowing transportation of consumers 10–15% of the time
•Acceptable personal background clearances.
