Job DescriptionInnLink’s Customer Service Agents are the front line in providing partner hotels with an exceptional customer experience through both phone and written correspondence. The role is responsible for resolving customer issues related to managing their hotel and reservations through the InnLink CRS.

Job RequirementsJob Responsibilities:
• Supporting and fulfilling the InnLink 60 Minute Guarantee
• Provide customer support to TravLynx clients, vendors, and service partners
• Provide timely and accurate case resolution resulting from research pertaining to the issue
• Tracking all case related details in SalesForce
• Must be able to read and interpret XML logs for troubleshooting purposes
• Maintain consistent flow or work utilizing tools provided in order to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) internally and externally, for all clients
• Professionally handling a high volume of calls for inbound customer inquiries
• Performing job functions with a sense of urgency; providing assistance with a great deal of accuracy and follow-up
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with accuracy, in environment that changes quickly with priorities that shift often
