Job DescriptionJob Title: Helpdesk Support Technician
Duration: Long-term, open-ended contract
Shift: Part time and Full time openings, must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
**Client will work around part time candidates's school schedules**
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
Start Date: To-be-determined. Targeting End of July/August

Job Description:
-100% phone support- responds to customer technical problems/issues related to software, applications and networking
-High volume, fast paced call center environment (24/7)
-PC software and application support experience needed


Job RequirementsRequirements:
-Must be flexible with schedule
-Must be able to pass a technical screen, previous I.T. experience is needed
-Advanced written and verbal communication skills needed
-Must be able to pass an extensive drug test and background check
