•Motivated self-starters with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once
•Eager and able to learn quickly as new products and technology are introduced

•Providing excellent customer service at all times in a busy call center environment
•Troubleshooting a variety of desktop computer issues including internet connectivity, printer functionality, and proprietary security software functionality
•Answering incoming requests and responding in a timely manner
•Installing and configuring proprietary software on remote customer computers
•Thoroughly documenting and updating all cases in Uniguest ticketing system
•Identifying and escalating priority cases to higher Tier members or Supervisor as appropriate
•Exhibiting positive work behaviors and being a team player at all times
•Completing assigned projects as needed

Job Requirements•Software proficiency: Windows OS, MS Office suite, OSx, iOS, Chrome, Android, security, content, and other
•Hardware proficiency: PC, Apple, printers, keypads, tablets, AiO, desktops, laptops, mini, other
•Tools proficiency: CRM, ticket tracking, management portals, remote access, MS Office, SharePoint, other
•High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and flexibility
•Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to people across a wide variety of technical capabilities
•Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
•Candidates pursuing Associates degree in IT field, A+, Network+, and MCP certified are preferred
