Job Description:
This position manages NPT's data needs for development and promotional efforts including management of membership database and related processes and management of databases related to online and mobile efforts. Manages all data needs for fast-paced Development Department including data for all direct mail, telemarketing and on-air fundraising campaigns. Ensures accurate completion of data entry, acknowledgement and receipting for all contributions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; high comfort level working with Microsoft Excel and large databases; two+ years experience in a database management capacity; ability to work evenings and weekends; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to multi-task, while paying close attention to detail; customer service experience.
