Job Description:
Summary of Position
This position will play a key role in our on-going success to identify and treat customers needs and provide resolution while maintaining superior customer service. This position will focus on technical knowledge, including chemical product use, proper use of equipment and pest education, while providing effective communication to customers and office team members.
Duties/Responsibilities
~Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to property, and access to infested locations.
~Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation
~Measure area dimensions requiring treatment, and estimate cost for service.
~Use technology to effectively communicate with customers and office staff.
Skills/Experience Required
~Obtain pest control certification.
~Can problem solve quickly to work within a specified time frame.
~Ability to provide superior customer service.
~Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
~Previous customer service experience preferred.
