Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities ~Answer 4 Line Phone System and attend to needs of customers (schedule appts., give information about termite and pest control including prices and basic questions about insect behaviors and habits) ~Enter payments received in mail into system and tech work notes, then scan tech work to accounting office. ~Be aware of the schedule for the next day and make sure each tech has work. ~Print work schedules and service orders for next work day for all techs. Skills/Experience Required ~Knowledge of clerical office practices and procedures and record keeping practices ~Ability to provide superior customer service and one call resolution ~Possess strong communication and telephone skills required ~Ability to multi-task and strong problem solving skills ~Previous customer service experience preferred ~Previous administrative experience preferred ~Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
