HERMITAGE FREE HOUSING AND PAY FOR PART TIME CAREGIVER 40-ish, female wheelchair user needs housemate / personal care assistant to provide personal care before and after work and some weekend hours up to 23 hours weekly. You should apply if you: • Enjoy helping others. • Need a place to live or need to save at least $500/mo for rent and utilities. • Are available to work 23-25 hrs/wk outside of business hours (Not M-F 8-6). • Can provide moderate lifting assistance (for 110 lb. lady). • Are good at styling hair with a blow dryer. • Do not smoke. • Not allergic to cats. • Work and live well with others. • Are positive and energetic like I! Schedule: You’d be living with and trading shifts with another professional, responsible housemate/caregiver. On weekdays, I need to be “office ready” by 7:30 a.m. You would have 8 shifts per week, including 2-3 mornings per week, 2-3 evenings per week, and approximately 2 weekends per month. Shifts are generally in the mornings (5-7:30) before work, in the evenings after work (7:00-10), and on the weekends. Duties include: Personal care, hairstyling, laundry and handling business attire, light household chores, simple meal preparation, indoor cat care, errands, grocery shopping.
