Primary Responsibilities: • Will be responsible for responding to all customer requests and questions regarding products and account information in a timely and professional manner via telephone or computer. • Prepares, processes, reviews and monitors various documents including customer orders, and shipments. • Prepares quotes and recommends products based on customer needs. • Prepares and calculate premiums, invoicing, and commissions • Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, and follows up on orders to ensure deliver by specified dates. • Interaction with production, shipping, warehouse, or personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments. Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1-2 years previous customer service experience • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy required • Must be self-starters, upbeat and motivated with an excellent work ethic • Must possess the ability to learn quickly and effectively in a highly technical, ever changing, competitive business. • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge and experience with MRP systems a plus.
