Job Description:
The Field Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing brand awareness in the communities our clinics serve, driving new patient visits while maintaining loyalty of established patients and boosting clinic revenue through marketing and sales efforts. The FSMC will work in collaboration with the corporate office to strategize, develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives across a subregion of Middle Tennessee. The FSMC will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of these strategic efforts in the markets. This position reports to the Manager of Sales and Marketing.
Essential duties for this role include:
• Motivated and outgoing individual able to self manage and self report
• Collaborates with clinic level staff to develop localized strategy to market urgent care
and sell occupational medicine
• Collaborate with corporate staff to create, communicate and implement consistent
brand strategy at the local level
• Call on local business and community organizations, including large employers,
schools, daycares, YMCAs/gyms, etc in order to establish relationships and build
brand loyalty in each community
• Call on local referring parties in the community such as physician offices, retail clinics,
pharmacies and any JV partners to maintain quality relationship and grow visits
• Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining clinic social media content
• Ensure proper and consistent distribution of clinic informational collateral to
appropriate parties in the community
• Cold call potential clients to assess current business practices and potential for
relationship development
• Effectively manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction of clients
• Attend local health fairs and community events in the market
• Become an active member on the local Chamber of Commerce
• Conduct random patient satisfaction surveys to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinates local media buys where appropriate
• Provide analysis of activities against return at clinic level and recommend the best way
to allocate resources across the subregion
• Meets weekly with regional director of ops and sales and marketing manger
• Tracks ROI on investment of every activity related to the market
• Meet quarterly sales targets and coordinate quarterly clinic level marketing project
• Ability to manage monthly expense, advertising and sales budgets
• Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications for this role include:
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or communications

• Self directed and able to self manage
• Organization and planning
