Job DescriptionThe Claims Analyst acts as a liaison between our client and the state unemployment office. Once a former employee from one of our clients files an unemployment claim our office is notified as the authorized representative for that employer. Upon notice of a claim, the Claims Analyst gathers all of information about why this person is no longer working for our client. The Analyst will then compile the information and summarize a response to the state with the relevant supporting documents.
The Claims Analyst position is an entry-level position, but does offer advancement potential to those that excel.
Job RequirementsThe Unemployment Claims Analyst is the face of the company as these individuals have the most direct contact with our clients. Since this position is essential to the success of our company we look for individuals with the following qualifications.
*Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
*Understanding of Outstanding Customer Service
*Organizational skills to manage client base and multiple deadlines in time sensitive environment
Education: Associate’s degree
Experience: No experience required
