Job DescriptionHCS is looking for a IT Support Specialist with an understanding of a variety technologies such as operating systems, servers, hardware, networking, PBX, Exchange Server, and backups. The qualified candidate should possess the ability to learn new skills and adapt to business needs.
Job RequirementsMaintain Helpdesk Ticketing System and provide desktop support.
Perform daily IT task list.
Maintain Server Environment: Microsoft Windows, Linux, VSphere.
Nightly Backups using Veeam and Cloud Connect.
Perform other IT related task as business needs dictate.
Stay current with technology and help assess business needs.
Education: Associate’s degree
