Job Description:
PRODUCTION MANAGER-PLASTIC INJECTION PLANT $70-80,000. Benefits and some relocation support Preference for Middle Tennessee candidates Sumner County Plastics Injection plant is conducting a search for a Production Manager for their expanding operation. Will monitor manufacturing processes; oversee safety and health, housekeeping, and production quality to meet company, regulatory and customer requirements. Plant Manager would like to see a stable work history and Team Building on a resume. Position will require high energy, employee engagement, a team spirit, and ability to be a good problem solver and change agent to eliminate bottlenecks in operational efficiencies. Will be an advocate of company policy, rules, regulations and procedures to ensure conformity throughout. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but an Associate’s Degree and/or a Technical Training Certificate will be given consideration with appropriate experience. A job stable work history is essential. Must be a strong advocate of employee safety. Candidates should be able to commute to a Sumner County plant location. Must be a US Citizen or current holder of a Green Card to qualify. Starting salary to be determined based on experience and level of education, and previous work experiences This is a replacement position.

Job Requirements:
Plastics Injection experience is required. Preferably in an auto parts manufacturing operation. Job stable work history is essential.
