Job DescriptionAutomated Health Systems is seeking motivated and team-oriented staff for positions in the Nashville area. This Team will support a state-wide call center and document processing operation which will assist with Tennessee Medicaid Managed Care and CHIP enrollment and eligibility.

Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required. Minimum of 2 years experience with call center operations and human services required. Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required. Bachelorís Degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training. Bi-lingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
