Job DescriptionAutomated Health Systems is seeking motivated and team-oriented staff for positions in the Nashville area. This Team will support a state-wide call center and document processing operation which will assist with Tennessee Medicaid Managed Care and CHIP enrollment and eligibility.

Job RequirementsCustomer Service Representatives (FT/PT): Minimum 2 years experience in a call center environment required. Strong PC proficiency and ability to work with multiple systems required. High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field. Bi-lingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
