Job Description:
The YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee has an opening for a mission-focused Case Manager to serve women who are fleeing domestic violence and are living temporarily in our Weaver Domestic Violence Center. This position has a primary focus for helping women move toward self-sufficiency and self-determination. Key responsibilities include helping residents set goals, providing individual and group counseling, helping coordinate community resources for our residents, and responding to the crisis call line as needed. The position also shares the on-call rotation with a very dedicated customer-centric team. The right candidate will need a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field plus 2 years related experience. Demonstrated success in counseling, excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are necessary.
