Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Creating & implementing systems for efficient work flow. Database input, database management, managing sales contracts and deadlines, marketing materials for agent, managing calendar & appointments.
Must Have’s :
1. Excellent Computer Skills - (Understanding of Computer Programs including email software, Average or Better Typing Speed)
2. Excellent Communicator Written and Verbal - (Written; Good Grammar & Spelling Skills / Verbal; pleasant phone dialogues)
3. Excellent Attitude – Desire to learn and help, not afraid to ask questions. Willing to come in early or stay overtime if asked. Willingness to work in a fast paste environment. Must be reliable. Helpful in coming up with ideas on how to run back office and creating systems for efficiency. Willingness to take classes & training.
4. Reliable Transportation

1. Real Estate Experience – Not necessarily license activities; can be experienced in working with real estate contracts & marketing real estate.
2. Office Experience – Answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.
3. Bilingual
4. Contact Database Experience as part of computer skills
5. Marketing/Advertising Background
