We are looking for an all around support person to assist with a variety of functions but priorities of this position will be to assist with marketing; creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry, and database management. Additional duties may include fielding telephone calls, publishing content for social media, email blasts, updating company websites, etc. The ideal candidate will need the following attributes: • Energetic, dependable, self-starter • Strong work ethic & ability to work in a relaxed atmosphere and stay focused with minimal supervision • Ability to work in a team as well as work independently Requirements: • General business knowledge & strong computer skills • Proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) • Experience working with spreadsheets and databases is a MUST (advanced skills in Excel & Word are a huge plus) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Must be able to meet deadlines and adjust priorities as needed, ensuring attention-to-detail, follow-through, and efficiency. • Must have a track record of honesty and integrity, both in and outside of the workplace. We will conduct a thorough background and reference check of all candidates.
