Job DescriptionGuest Service Agent will be responsible for no less than checking guests in and out of our online reservation system, making reservations in person and on the phone, booking and helping set up meeting room, as well as assisting guests with all aspects of their stay. The front desk staff is responsible for maintaining an excellent and clean and inviting work space. Guest Services Agents will alos be required to keep a neat and clean personal appearance and a welcoming and warm attitude with all guests.
Job RequirementsMust be comfortable with computers and be able to stand for long periods of time. The right candidate will interact positively with hotel guests and co-workers.
