Application and program fee payments may be made at the Vol State Cashier’s Office at any campus location or by credit card by calling (615) 230-3585 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please do NOT pay through your student portal as this will delay processing.
Important Payment Deadlines: Payment reporting to TnCIS is not an automated process. Therefore, the following deadlines need to be met in order to ensure timely reporting to the TnCIS office.
For programs taking place in March and April:
- The $100 application fee must be paid by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31st
- The program fee must be paid by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21st
For programs taking place in May, June, or July:
- The $100 application fee must be paid by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31st
- The program fee must be paid by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27th
